Why the Arizona Immigration Law Is Not Unjust

A law professor who helped draft the recent Arizona immigration law explains away the myths and untruths that have arisen about the law in this New York Times op-ed.

  1. Thanks for this. Polls show that a strong majority of Americans support the law. I assume we won't see or hear much in the media about that. But get ready for lots of coverage and interviews from protests. There will be mobs, violence, and property damage. But remember tea parties are the real threat!
