    My son showed me this last week. Scary.

    The reason I'm visiting today is, I remember a while back you saying that you quit eating oils. Is this correct? I thought of you when I was eating a salad today and wondered what you would put on the salad if it didn't have oil. I eat pretty healthy, but would love to know of a subsitute to cut the oil.
