Check out this sandwich that KFC is test-marketing in a couple of states. The two traditional slices of bread (or bun) are replaced by two fried chicken filets which bookend an interior of bacon, cheese, and a special (absolutely healthful, I'm sure) sauce. Michael Pollan called it "shameless"—I'd call it "shameful."
