A Bit Overboard

The guys (minus Dave who is out of town) came over for supper and our bimonthly meeting tonight. On the menu was fresh veggie juice, followed by a big salad, then supper of baked potato (w/ fixins'), grilled squash and eggplant, corn on the cob, tomato and avocado slices, and "braised" asparagus, with watermelon for dessert. I fixed way too much food for three people -- still learning. A good time was had by all. We missed 'ya, Dave!
