Weight Loss on Raw Food

Nice story on CNN.com of a 300-pound young woman who lost 160 pounds over two years by switching to a raw vegan diet. Has kept the weight off for four years and authored several books on switching to a vegan, raw-food lifestyle.

  1. I read that yesterday from CNN. I thought it was interesting that they thought that story news-worthy. I hope it brings lots of new interest to the vegan diet. People may start to understand that a vegan lifestyle is not so bad--especially considering the alternative (for those who are struggling to lose weight).
